Refund and Returns Policy

At Mitranis, every saree is thoughtfully curated with care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. We want you to shop with confidence and have a seamless experience with us.

Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on select eligible products within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
• Original tags must remain intact
• The product should be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products purchased during clearance or special sale events
• International orders

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

We request customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

• a damaged product
• a defective item
• or an incorrect product

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number
• clear photos/videos of the issue

Our team will review the request and assist you with the next steps.

• Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product received is damaged or incorrect.
