Returns Eligibility
We offer returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging must remain intact
- The item should be in its original condition without any damage or alterations
- Valid proof of purchase/order confirmation is required
Returns requested after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sarees with tassel finishing, or custom alterations
- Customized or personalized orders
- Stitched or altered blouse pieces
- Products purchased during clearance, sale, or promotional events
- International orders
- Gift cards or special customized requests
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We request customers to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- a damaged product
- a defective item
- or an incorrect product
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- clear photos/videos showing the issue
- packaging images if applicable
Our team will review the request and assist you with the next steps.

Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
Please note:
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
- Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged or incorrect
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on banking or payment provider timelines
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.
Exchange Policy
Currently, Mitranis does not offer direct product exchanges.
If you wish to purchase another product, we recommend placing a new order separately after the return process is completed.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
For cancellation assistance, customers are requested to contact our support team as early as possible.
Handloom & Colour Disclaimer
As many of our products are handcrafted and photographed under different lighting conditions, slight variations may occur in:
- colour
- weave
- texture
- zari
- motif placement
These are natural characteristics of authentic handloom products and should not be considered defects.
No two handcrafted sarees are exactly identical.
